www.nettom.com website, called hereinafter the Service, is an online service run by NETTOM from Olsztyn, Al. Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 77.

The following document is a form of agreement between the NETTOM company and people using the Service - Users.

The service is free and aimed at people interested in working with the IT industry.

NETTOM has adequate authorization for the use of the data presented in the Service.
Data published by the Service come from reliable sources and according to the best knowledge of the company NETTOM can be considered reliable.

NETTOM make every effort to ensure that the data presented in the Service are complete, current and factually correct, but can not fully guarantee this, and therefore accepts no responsibility for the consequences of the use of the data presented in investment decisions.

Descriptions presented in the Service are an expression of personal knowledge and views of their authors and should not be construed otherwise.

Data published in the Service are for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

All rights reserved. The right to use, copy and distribute all the data available in the Service shall govern in particular the provisions of the Act of 04.02.1994 on the Law of Copyright and Related Rights (Official Journal No. 24, item. 83, as amended. Zm.)

Use of data from the Service for commercial purposes require written consent in each case.

Privacy policy

NETTOM fully respects Service users' right to privacy and personal data protection. Use does not require any data which would allow to identify Service user. The only exception may be contact form or newsletter module to which accession is voluntary and does not in any way affect the terms of use of the Service.

Data obtained through the contact form or newsletter module has informational purposes only, and the results are used solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133 of 29/10/1997 item. 833).

Each User using the Service states that are familiar with the provisions of this document and undertake to comply with them.
